Rotation effect should maintain the video aspect ratio and not distort the image.

The roation effect should not modify the video aspect ratio. When video is not square, the user should be asked if lateral back bands must be added or video must be cropped to fit. Example: a 640x480 video now is rotated and stretched to maintain the output dimensions of 640x480, while the rotated video is 480x640. The video should not be stretched as this distorts the images.
